BREAKING: Carney asks premiers to restock American booze if trade deal reached with US
Prime Minister Mark Carney has asked premiers to restock American booze on liquor store shelves if Canada reaches a trade deal with the United States.
The move was revealed by Nova Scotia Premier Tim Houston.

"We'll work through the process," he said during a press conference on Wednesday. "Of course it's pending a final deal."
Houston noted that the removal of American alcohol has been an "irritant" for the United States.
"Whether Canadians will actually buy it when it gets back on the shelves?" he added. "That's a whole 'nother discussion."
